Just grim. Never ever again will i order from there. Fast delivery under 30 minutes.. but cold food 🤷‍♂️ That's definitely a talent. How did they even manage that... Ordered deep pan pizza was as deep as a sheet of paper. Had to bin it.

Burnt kebab meat, soggy undercooked chips and tiny portion of Iceland bought £1 cake for £2.90. Do not eat here Also most of the 5 star reviews look fake. "Food at here" is not a common phrase people use. Reporting to Google for fake reviews

Ordered at 11:15pm food came for 12:15am freezing cold. And stuff missing off order, Rang back Said they will remake the food. Now 1am and still waiting. Recommend do not order from here. Poor service as when I ring to see where food is, they say it’s on the way and hang up don’t even give me chance to say anything back. Wouldn’t even give one star, so lucky to get that!!!

Ordered through Uber Eats. Said delivery was meant to be for 7:30-7:50. I walked to the shop at 9:20 to see where the order was despite being told it was out for delivery. The owner was rude. Clearly didn't care about customer service. Wouldn't even give a 50% discount despite the order being hours late and having to collect it myself. Only offered a free pizza for next time but I would NEVER ORDER THROUGH THEM AGAIN. Don't order from here, paid for delivery to have to collect over 3 hours later by myself.

Order took 2 hours to arrive, then still had items missing and not refunded. A one pence coin was later found in the pizza, the coin was black and filthy. thanks for the nightmares. Order from somewhere else in durham

Absolutely a shocking meal. The worst I've had in a long time. Nearly a £50 order and most of it went straight in the bin. Garlic mushrooms were still frozen and full of water. Kebab meat was old and dry. Salads were watery. Burger is serving it's time as a patch on a tyre. Phoned the shop to be insulted an hung up on. Save your money and get a weetabix. It'll have more flavour. HORRENDOUS
