I think I got more than what I paid for it. They cheese burger quesadillas came as two full Portilla cut in half stuffed with cheese and meat. It was amazing. The milkshake was also nice and I tasted a hint of almond milk which makes me wonder if they have non-dairy options for their milkshakes. If that is the case, that is a brilliant move considering that I am lactose intolerant. That would be my only critique is for cookout to find non dairy alternatives for milkshakes.

The food is good. But the cashier who got my order (rukayat) said I didn’t need a lot of condiments for my food. I asked for 4 mayo, that’s it. The place needs better employees. We are buying food, not stealing. Overall, food is good.

I visited this location on 5/23/22. I made some modifications to my order. I fully expected to get something wrong as that always happens at my home location or other locations. I was pleasantly surprised to discover my entire order was correct, fresh, and delicious. Even the coke, which is usually subpar at other locations. Best cookout experience I’ve had in a very long time.

Skip my whole order then don’t under anything in drive thru. then walk up to window to talk to manager it still seem like still didn’t understand. My issue still want resolved not please at all. When the guy manager is there my food is always right. When he’s not there it’s an issue.

This cookout always has fast service, hot food, and it is more delicious compared to other cookouts I have been to! I always come to this one when I am visiting family in the area. Well done!

The store is not clean, inside the roaches every where inside the store ,the smell is really nasty, but really the store needs more attention from the headquarters at Thomasville, NC
I really quit from my job there because of the store is really nasty, and I don't prefer that anyone eats over there untill thay make a full restorations for that place.and the managers are the worst.
I am gonna report the store to the headquarters as soon as possible.
And I hope thay will take immediate action for this store.

I placed a Order for 2 hot dogs, chicken wrap and onion rings, got back home 2 hot dogs cold,4 onion rings but no chicken wrap,I finally figured out why it’s cheap food because they leave out something or they only give u very , very small amount of fries and onion rings or they take of one of the major foods from you,and for those that gave them 5 stars it because it was there Lucky day.
