The food is really good ,but the milkshakes and root beer floats and all the sweets are horrible.Another thing is they are super slow. They are nice and get it right it’s just that they are so slow. I like it there though because the prices are fair. I would suggest this Arby’s to you. I have never had a bad experience except for them being slow.

Not so “Fast Food”
Soooooo incredibly slow. The gentleman taking the order was nice and polite, but the wait was insane. There were only two cars ahead of me and I must have waited 15 minutes.

Advertisement at drive thru menu shows ( I'm 90% sure) two choice sandwiches for 6.99! (shows pic of two sandwiches, one chicken and a roast beef on the menu).
My friend and I ordered two roast beef with cheese sandwiches. The total was $10.28. I thought nothing and continued accordingly - until my friend mentioned the advertisement: 2 for 6.99! When I asked the guy at the window about the two for $6.99 deal, he said that the sandwiches we got did not apply to that deal.
The Sandwich's were good however. they didn't put any napkins in the to-go bag, but they did add condiments. You cannot dine in at this restaurant At o ther local food chains, dining in isavailable. Siskel and Ebert would have given it one thumb up one thumb down. I give it four stars. It should be three but the clean appearance from the outside allowed for extra star.

I was the only customer up front and it took about 8 min for the young lady at the drive thru to tell me she would be with me in just a moment. Total time from being inline to walk out with my shake 15 minutes. The wait was horrible but that shake was good

No lobby, drive-thru service only at 5pm on a Sunday night is already unacceptable. I have to check my order at this location every time because they never get my order right and it's inconvenient to do it in the car.
But drive thru only during a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING is outright DANGEROUS and IRRESPONSIBLE.

No chicken pecan salad even tho advertised, no sugar free lemonade, yes advertised, no Arby's sauce on the Beef & Cheddar (out of that too), no broncoberry sauce in bag although printed on receipt and no napkins. Thanks, but no thanks!

They allow multiple coupons. We had the whole place to ourselves. No paper towels in men's room.

Tried to eat inside at noon and the door is locked. Many items are unavailable including Dr. Pepper!!! Will think twice about returning.
