Absolutely delicious breakfast in a really relaxed atmosphere. I have a soft spot for simple local eats, as well as good tasting food. If you're looking for a no nonsense breakfast with a little personality in a relaxed atmosphere then I highly recommend.
Service was friendly enough. Pricing pretty typical of the area.

Wonderful staff. Hannah was my server. She suggested the caramel apple pancakes, but was she right - truly delicious! I will not hesitate to go back and ask for her station.

I would have given this place 5 stars but my scrambled eggs tasted like dirty dish water and cold. Bacon and pancakes were spot on though. Also the cinnamon swirl french toast was very delicious.

Young's Restaurant may not always attract the youngest crowd, but that's for a good reason! Once you have breakfast in their Durham location nestled in the center of downtown, you'll keep coming back for as long as you can! The breakfasts are the highlight, offering healthy portions of delicious waffles, pancakes, eggs, and more! The owners are committed to a sustainable and friendly future for the restaurant. The UNH community flocks to Young's for a consistently amazing meal - and you should too!

We are regulars here and have never had a bad meal. All of the wait staff are great. As a veggie over, I can say that their vegetarian breakfast items are the best around.

Inflexible and Rude. I wanted two blueberry pancakes and one chocolate chip pancake in my $6.50 stack of pancakes. Apparently, this is too much for Young's to handle. Mixing and matching pancake types, despite them being the same price, is unacceptable in the eyes of this establishment. I was informed that if I wanted this exotic pancake combination, I would need to order a short stack of blueberry pancakes ($5.50) and a single chocolate chip pancake ($3.10) bringing my total to $8.60 before tax. So, to recap, the monumental task of diversifying my pancake order raised the cost by $2.10.
I still wanted some pancakes though, so I made the mistake of just ordering three blueberry cakes instead. This was a grave error. The cakes themselves were liquidy and underdone. To make things worse, the blueberries were incredibly lackluster. Apparently "wild berry" means small, flavorless, mealy rather than anything more respectable they could possibly be locally sourcing from.
I cannot recommend these pancakes for either their cost or quality. Only patronize this establishment if you are looking for frustration and disappointment.

It was very nice, Staff were great. Food was good and very very plentiful. Price, very reasonable, under $30. for 2, leaving full.
Oh and if you order Hot Chocolate, ask for extra chocolate and steam milk. Yummm yummmmm.
