We had a fabulous family meal here with 6 adults and 3 children. The pub easily caters for large party's and all the staff even sang a wonderful happy birthday when our cake was brought out. The food, as always was delicious and of a high standard. Pictured is the Philly Steak and I absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend 🙂
We booked a late table of 16 knowing that it would be a bit of a push (due to family illness), but thank you so much for looking after us, great food, hospitality and service again. (Nothing was too much trouble and handled our large party easily)

Had an amazing evening at the Rodmill. We were greeted by a lovely young lady called Lisa D. She took our order and was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our food was served by Connie and again she couldn’t do enough for us. Food was lovely atmosphere was also great. It’s an all round great place to eat and drink. All the staff are always friendly.
We used to visit this pub at least twice a month before the refurbishment a while back & even then it was absolutely awesome , popped in today & it's even better , fantastic staff & the food oh my god 😁 if you haven't been here go ! This is a ten star place , if only I could give it I would 👍went back today 10/4/23 nothing has changed absolutely awesome, won't be long before we go back again 😉
Great pub, we've been here as a family for the last few weekends and the food hasn't disappointed.
For the price you pay the food is absolutely excellent.
Always served with a smile. Can be a bit loud when the footy is on but it's a pub, what do you expect.

I have been coming to the Rodmill pretty much weekly the last two months and it continues to astound me just how incredible the staff cohort is. Despite working long shifts or multiple jobs, they still manage to always be so warm and kind with an exemplary approach to service. Regardless who is serving you, be it Julie, Connie, Heidi, Lisa or Nikki, their service never falters beyond excellent and I continue to pick my brain how they manage to maintain this so consistently in all of my visits.
It should also be mentioned that whilst chef, Callum, resumes a back of the house job in the kitchen, and always maintains a high standard in the food that he produces and continues to maintain the high standard of customer service when he appears front of house to say hello every now and then.
The Rodmill stands out amongst so many other pubs primarily because of it's superb approach to hospitality, but additionally its warm and vibrant atmosphere and inexpensive menu - three courses for £6.99? I mean? How?

Thou, we had a trouble with a glass which was not washed properly. Asked to change it and the second one was better, the waitress said that the spots on were from the dishwasher. Fair enough but we did not used it. Drunk straight from the bottle! We know, we know, it is mannerless, but we had to do it! 😂
They used to have a delicious grilled salmon which they serve no more, and that is a shame! The portions were very generous, felt like back in the States, close to home!
Otherwise, we recommend the place! It is a must, especially the Thursday mega burgers, two for one! 🥳
This was our 4th visit, as always an exceptional standard of customer service, friendly, bubbly, visible, approachable staff and GM. Great food, decent product range. Catered for all our needs, what more could I ask for. We visited 3 times and sadly they had no biscoff cheesecake but this time they did, it was sensational. Food was good too, as always compliments to the chef. Thank you.
Can't fault this pub the food is excellent and the staff are great especially the young lady who does the serving of food she is very friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile to make your meal just as you want it for me top of the pubs
Bustling pub but a great service. With a wide range of food on the menu. I've tried Chick n Mix and Southern fried chicken burger. Yummy. It's a really good place to chill and have great food and drinks. Will keep coming back for more. 👍
