Had the buffet on a Saturday after shopping, food was great and everything was hot 🔥

The food and service are just brilliant. But the Aircon was just too cold and that showed in how quickly the food went cold. Other than that awsum

We were a large group of school children with 2 adults. The person who looked after us, managed this group thoughtfully and was very considerate of some our pupils needs. It was a low stress and very enjoyable meal for all of us- including the adults over seeing the experience. Pre-ordering really made it run smooth and the children were really happy with their meals. They loved all parts of the children's meal: the salad bar, the drinks, the main meal with sides and finally the ice cream factory. It was a wonderful experience for them, as their leaving party meal. Thank you.

Food was good and hot. Arrived quickly. Drinks machine was out of one flavour.
Restaurant was feezing cold on a hot day.
Had to go back to the car to fetch jumpers and coats.

Omg so much had changed. I remember when you had a meal, you're pizza was delivered to your table in a hot skillet, not now it comes on a board. Orders are taken via your phone and a scanning code for your table. Less intrusive but not so friendly as before

The music was quite loud when we were seated, and with a table full of autistic people, this caused some difficulty...but as soon as we [politely] asked them to turn it down a bit, they could not have been more obliging and asked if we needed anything else..
The service and the food were fantastic, and none of the teens had to cover their ears...meaning a rare evening of civilised conversation!! Thank you, PizzaHut...!

Went for a friend's kids birthday meal.
Absolutely great time for like 30 of us.
Clean, fast service, yummy food at a great price and the staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful.
Couldn't complain about a single thing.
Top marks for Eastbourne pizza hut and a huge thank you to all the staff there.

Great service from Hayley, Got a free buffet from o2. Wasn't overally busy but pizza's kept going low. overall good.

The restaurant is cashless and order via app and the WiFi was terrible. I found the app difficult to use but I would be fine with it a second time though. The food is good, it's generic pizza hut, which is good and I enjoyed it.
