Great food hall.
Update: Staff both in clothing sections and cafe are exemplary. Several times over the past year we have left the store feeling well looked after as customers and wanting to return. Brand loyalty is largely driven by this kind of experience, quite apart from it's nice from a human perspective.

Gorgeous store and food hall with really friendly and helpful staff.
Especially Sandra on the self service food hall.... She's simply wonderful and always recognises us with a huge smile and help!

M and S has a lovely cafe upstairs. I had a next time when I went there. The atmosphere was soothing and I had fresh pancakes and strawberries. They also give apples and tangerines to children at absolutely no cost.

Beautiful shop, shame it's quite dirty in the changing rooms. Still I would recommend it as the clothes are so well displayed.
