Location is ideal, inside the Beacon mall on the first floor near Nando’s. Take the elevators up from Chi and take a left. The wings are amazing and the service was great. Although the server misheard our order and got the chicken tenders instead of wings, after informing them they got us the right order. Staff are polite and prices are reasonable. Must try!!

Food wise this place is amazing if you like chicken. Food arrived correctly and quickly. The arcade games were a nice touch. Would have given 5 stars but compulsory service (10%) was added at checkout. Did not see this on the menu when ordering but have attached photos of the menu to compare. Would rather pay 10% more on menu price than be mugged when it comes to pay

Brilliant service and food. Proper coloured pencils and paper for my little girl. None of this 4-pack of crayons nonsense. Dogs welcome and they bought us a little dish of water unprompted. The food was brilliant (could have been a tiny bit warmer, maybe). The buffalo tenders in particular were great! Great flavours all round! Highly recommend.

Love the fact chicken is free range - that is why it's not cheap as other reviewers mention but for me it's worth it. 4 stars for free range chicken. 3 stars for below Food was not super hot when served and also my burger came out kind of squashed? Anyway the dips were AMAZING as was the snickers milkshake!

The food is really good, full of flavour. It is quite expensive for the size portion you get, but as the food is really rich so you don't need too much. Staff are nice and the food is produced efficiently. The two things that made me mark down from 5 stars was because I had to look at a dirty stained rag behind my wife the entire time I was there and the service charge was on the bill whether they deserved it or not. I can understand if there is a big party to deal with as timing the dishes to come out at the same time is not easy, but it was just me and my wife. To tip is the customers decision not the vendor this really annoys me.

First time eating In at the Book Shop, really spacious and some nice graphics and decor. Food was amazing, they have a great vegan selection. A good place to either eat in or get a takeaway if your trying to find somewhere that caters for all without compromising quality. Would recommend the fried pickles.
