Classic pub. Biker's pub in calm nice place on the Mersey river side. Famous among the seamen as well - QEII dock is very close and place is attractive for the seafarers.

I've been going The Tap for 20 years now, Biker friendly meeting place and also does a Classic car meet too. Always popular, especially on hot days.. Food served by very friendly staff..bring your children , even the family dog is welcome.lol
Linda and her staff are always there to please and make you feel welcome. Large outside seating area to accommodate all..

Biker friendly pub with lovely river views. Big beer garden, really friendly staff, good reasonably priced food. Plenty of bike parking, definitely worth a stop on your bike trip.

Located on the edge of eastham country park, this is an ideal place to go to for refreshment after a hard day's dog walking through the country park. They sell basic food (think chippy chips and burgers which adds to the uniqueness of the venue.

Traditional pub on bank of River Mersey. Famous for being a bikers pub. Lots of vintage and new bikes congregate at weekend and lovely to see all the different bikes. Serves basic bar food , toasties, burgers, chips etc. Really good value.

Great views across the River Mersey and super atmosphere inside and out. Staff and regulars are warming and friendly. Handy for walks through Eastham Country Park and an ideal stop for a drink and something to eat in the Bearpit cafe, at the back of the Tap, before you start, on the way back or best of all both!
