Ordered two boxes of biryani and both were clearly off. Strong foul smell, sticky rice, and tasted spoiled. Found a hair inside the food, which is completely unacceptable. Everything went straight in the bin. This is a serious hygiene and food safety issue. Absolutely would not order again.
