Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds the rooms have been updated since we started coming here comfortable bed and nice size room with good bathroom. Only downside I can think of was the venison sausages! stick to the ones you use at breakfast! 😊
Service: Wow, Katie was amazing. She made our dinner experience a great one. She welcomed us with a big smile and had a great personality. She was really attentive to make sure we were happy throughout our meal. Going above and beyond is an understatement.
Rooms: Room 101. Lovely big room, really comfortable bed, we both slept really well. Only downside is there was quite a few hairs left in the bathroom from the previous guests.

We have had two visits to Eastwood Hall. Both visits have been great.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The shower is excellent.
The best thing about Eastwood Hall is the service the staff give. Katie and Renee just to name two waitresses were both outstanding in the service they gave. Our every need was catered for. All the rest of the restaurant staff were always polite, answered all our questions, delivered great service and looked after us.
The reception staff were amazing. Sanda and Connie were outstanding in the service they delivered. All the other receptionists gave great service too.
Our room was cleaned to a high standard daily. The housekeepers were always polite and friendly. The housekeepers gave good service and we were grateful. Arriving back from a day out to a clean room is very calming and relaxing.
We had a memorable week’s stay at Eastwood Hall. We went to chill out from stressful lives and when we departed we were definitely chilled.

A good venue for business meetings and conferences. The hotel is easy to find and close to the motorway. The food is good - for example breakfast catering was for 100 plus but they still cooked quality fried eggs with runny yolks but no runny whites.
It's also set in a nice green area of mature trees and grassland.
Enjoyed a lovely overnight stay at Eastwood Hall. Family room was modern, clean & spacious, with a few welcome treats a nice added touch. Enjoyed use of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Robes from the room were ideal. The evening meal & breakfast included in the deal were lovely. All the staff were extremely polite & friendly. A special mention to Paige from the restaurant excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Check in was quick and reception team were helpful and friendly.
Used the pool in the afternoon, was busy, lots of kids which doesn't bother me as they are here to enjoy the pool too. Only thing was sign about only over 14's in the spa pool was totally ignored by some parents.
Booked restaurant for 7.45 and again the girl who greeted us was helpful and friendly. She gave us a choice of where to sit and when we chose a table that wasn't set she went and reset it for us.
The waitress who took our orders was Katie and she really is a credit to the restaurant. Friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile.
My starter came out quickly , however our mains took 45 minutes to arrive!! Despite Katie chasing them up on numerous occasions. When they finally came the lady that bought them said there was a 45 minute wait on mains if you hadn't had a starter, which I pointed out.
This was disappointing.
When we actually got the food is was lovely.
Again Katie was attentive and even went as far as asking had we got enough tea bags and coffee in our room. She's a real asset to the hotel. Thank you.

Great hotel
Enjoyed a stay for my birthday, used the leisure pool and facilities and enjoyed a delicious meal in the Tempus. Katie looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble.
All in all, delighted with every aspect of our stay. 5 stars
Exceptional Hotel 🏨 facilities are divine. Renee served our evening dinner, such a lovely person, service with a smile, went out her way to explain the menu choices. Much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great hotel, the team is excellent and very accommodating. My second time staying at the hotel as my first was absolutely fantastic, the food is great, but i didn't have time to try out the gym/pool due to work commitments.
The first time I stayed, the room I was given was fantastic, felt very modern & clean. It was the perfect room to relax in after working night shifts.
On my second stay, I was very disappointed to get to my room today and feel like I've walked back in time by 20 years. I don't mind too much as I was just staying for work, but if I had paid to have a break/holiday here, then I would have been annoyed. Good sized TV, the shower was alright but a very small bathroom. There was no Air-con or fan in my room, so it was very hot!
I would probably only book here again, knowing I would be in an upgraded room if possible.
Cannot give this hotel enough credit and the package surpassed all expectations. The decor and furnishings were first class as was the restaurant and food. The leisure facility and gym were very well looked after and we thoroughly enjoyed using both. Every one of the staff were excellent, particularly our dinner waitress, a young smiley girl but I dont have her name unfortunately. I’ve recommended this venue to all my friends.
