Perfect coffee and cinnamon chocolate roll. The second floor is good for study. The outdoor is perfect in summer!

The best Costa ever! Been visiting this place for long years. Staff had been changed many times but the service has never let me down. It's one of the few coffe shops in Canterbury where u can enjoy the sunshine due to nice spot. The only "but" is the aircon, last few visits have left me (and my companions) with runny nose.

Brilliant staff, excellent facilities, NOT the staffs fault IF some CUSTOMERS are disgusting slobs. Staff are always on the go and are polite and help is their if needed. Im there regularly for meetings so see it on different days and times too. Well done

Love Costa's cold brews! Really refreshing. Canterbury Costa is not too busy in the week but weekends it is always full. Lovely staff friendly and helpful

Typical Costa experience (which isn't in anyway a bad thing) chatty and pleasant staff. The only thing that seems to be a bit odd in such a large cafe is there seems to be just a single toilet so it's a bit of a rush job to get in it before someone else.

This is an older style slightly more cozy Costa than the bigger store in Whitefriars. Coffee is good but the cake and pastry selection is more limited. They have 2 full size coffee machines but service can be a bit slow. Well located for the theatre and cathedral.

Good Costa, nice space and quick service. They did get my order wrong but I didn't say anything because I could tell the person serving was in training. The sofas in there are a bit beyond worn though so need replacing and the toilets were a bit messy (not dirty, just lots of toilet roll on the floor)

Great size coffee for the price and plenty of seating, can also sit outside. They have lactose free milk which was brilliant, they were quick and generous, it was difficult to carry two large cups of coffee outside, table service would add to the experience when outside.in the centre of town so perfect and as before, very reasonably priced!

I like Costa. They are one of the better chain coffee houses. Coffee is good and the food selection is above average too. Only criticism here was that service was slow. Otherwise a perfect example of the brand.
