The following story is the tale of the unjust demise of what was once a great restaurant, serving both children and adults alike with fresh, quality rotisserie chicken, an abundance of sides, milkshakes, cocktails and more. Sadly, today it stands side by side with your local bossman, losing its flavour, originality and quality. This review is not for the faint hearted, please read with caution. The menu has COMPLETELY changed, they’ve simplified it and cut off everything that was doing well. No more Mac & cheese side, no milkshakes and no sweet potato fries. The chicken is piss poor, you can tell by the flavour it is water pumped to the brim and it doesn’t taste like rotisserie at all. Previously I remember the high quality of the chicken they used. They are now serving “unlimited chips and rice” with the meal which now costs 2 people £25 instead of £22 previous, the chips are worse than Sam’s chicken and the rice is nowhere near as good as Uncle Bens. After my first awesome experience maybe a year ago, I went back twice and once they said they had no chicken (what?!) and once they said they had no chef. Yesterday we called up 8 hours in advance to ensure they had both chicken and a chef and went in with tastebuds tingling. I’m sorry to say I had to phone Nandos half way through the meal to check their closing time before making a move. I’m sorry I will never return again and I wish nobody experiences this again. From a sad chicken eater.

Would recommend. Went with the family. Kids menu available. The kids loved the oreo milkshakes! Great service and fresh food. The restaurant overlooks the football pitch which the kids and hubby loved- and it was so peaceful as there was no match on. I would definitely recommend this if you live in/around the area like we do. It isn't the cheapest place around but not very expensive. You can taste the high quality of the ingredients. Friendly staff.
