Stumbled across this place by accident and so pleased that we did. We enjoyed a relaxed evening with excellent tapas selection and good wine. The waiter was very helpful in advising us of how much to order and managed the front of house well on a busy Sunday evening.
Whenever I feel like having a Spanish meal that feels as authentic as the food cooked and eaten in Spain, El Quijote is a safe bet. A bit small (book ahead if you can), this restaurant will make you travel to my homeland through your tastebuds. Make sure you try their "Padrón pepers" as well as the "Pulpo a feira". They are delicious. Also... if you still have some room for dessert, order "flan de chocolate" and feel it melt in your tongue. So good!
Excellent. Cod dish superb as was aubergine tapas. Very good atmosphere. This was our second visit there will be more. We were not that familiar with Andalucian cuisine but are happy to learn,

The atmosphere in El Quijote is fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and attentive when she had to be, but for the most part she left us to enjoy our meal, enjoy the company, and enjoy the conversation without constantly leaning over our shoulder asking if everything is alright. It’s the perfect place to linger over some delicious food and good wine with a group of friends.
