We have visited this restaurant several times. We have never been disappointed. Excellent tasty food, freshly prepared and cooked.large portions - good value for money. The external appearance of a small single window shop is deceptive!

Ada is a nice restaurant located near the Omni centre. In comparison to the other Turkish restaurants the dishes are tasty and traditional. Obviously for a proper Turkish meal I would recommenced going to Turkey for a holiday - but if you're stuck in Scotland like us Ada is a place you should try out!
An authentic Turkish restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh. Nice and original decor and ambience. Excellent service. Our waiter never stopped smiling. I noticed the same with the other waiters as well. They were all helpful and knowledgeable. The food was ok. I mean it was not bad but nothing special.
i think this was my best restaraunt experience ever . So glad i found this place . Fabulous food , Excellent staff and lovely homely surroundings . Very fairly priced . Good sized helpings .
I didn’t particularly care for the Gurkha Brigade, on Antigua Street, so while I was sad when it closed I was keen to see what might follow it. I was rather pleased to see Ada arrive in its place with the promise of fresh Turkish delights. I was joined today by Arianna, a regular guest quester who most recently joined at Giovanni’s. Upon arrival, it was lovely to note another familiar face in the shape of the very friendly waitress who used to work at Rodi, another fine purveyor of Turkish food in the city.
Truly Turkish food. The meat and the various salads were tasty. The restaurant isn't pricey and the service was good. We booked in advance and received a phone call to confirm that they would keep the table for us. Recommended!
Visited this restaurant as part of our day out near Edinburgh. Everything was absolutely amazing. Service was excellent, to be honest it's so rare nowadays to have everyone so welcoming and polite from the moment we stepped in till the moment we left. Well done to all staff. The food was very tasty. We ordered cold meze, mixed grill to share, I would recommend both dishes, very yummy. The bread was very tasty and unlimited. For dessert we ordered baklava and rice pudding, again very, very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who would like Turkish food and I myself would definitely be back. Thank you
Can't recommend this place enough! The food was lovely and so were the helpful and bubbly servers. We went for the mix grill for 2 which was more than enough food but it was just so so good!!!! Would definitely visit Edinburgh again just to eat here

Food was very very tasty and generous
I was visiting Edinburgh for two days and this restaurant was one of the most rated so I gave a try and I didn’t regret it, I have ordered a lamb shank and a Hummus as a side, the lamb was so tender, juicy and so well cooked, so delicious and tasty with all the vegetables that comes with it. It just the Hummus that I didn’t like it was not that tasty. I will come next time.

Great kebab house
This is not my first time here, really enjoyed their food, portion size and also the ambience.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. Please is very close to city centre. Very good menu and a decent wine list to pair with the food.
Enjoyed their tea. Recommend this place for family meal out.
They also do home deliveries and takeaways.
Stopped in for a quick doner lunch, and were not disappointed. Fantastic food, and the complementary starters from the chef were outstanding.
