Everything tasted amazing! Wasn't expecting to find Macau style food in Edinburgh. Our server was super helpful with menu suggestions and was really friendly! We got the duck curry and a pork dish braised in a tamarind sauce. Planning to come back next time I come to Edinburgh.

My favourite restaurant in Edinburgh. Always delicious food, love the owners and there is always something new to try. Awesome depth of flavour and just the right amount of heat.
This place is busy and for good reason, so be prepared to book a table and be on time. Upon arrival, we were seated quickly to a ready table with menus set out. The specials were explained to us in good detail and when food was ordered we were asked whether we were gonna share the food or have it separately. We decided to share and I'm glad we did. The first dish we had was a special: spicy numbing squid and what a dish it was. A symphony of flavours literally danced across my tongue from the way the spice made the dish come alive in a way that I can only begin to describe. Next dish was pork ribs cooked in and served with a sweet and sour plum wine sauce that was cooked to perfection, readily falling off the bone. Next was desert where I enjoyed a husband cake, a desert I was previously unfamiliar with but greatly enjoyed.
The service from the servers and the chef was also exemplary and all 3 deserve to be commended for that.
Yu-MmY!!! If you are like me who gets overwhelmed by the menue, just ask the kind boss and the other kind boss! They will help you decide and trust me the spices really kept the roots of these dishes and finished them off just great!

My friend is vegan so she really love the signature dish ‘Vegan duck’
My bias is Portuguese Nata (egg custard Tart)
The chef and staffs are very friendly and considerate.
One time I underestimated the spiciness of the food so I ended up burning my mouth. The chef replaced this dish with less spicy flavour.
The restaurant can be easily full so you better come early or make a reservation.

Well, I went to this amazing place for the first time for my birthday, and I distinctly remember the lady saying, "I am honored to be entrusted with such a special experience." Let me tell you, I did not regret the decision at all. It was an unforgettable night, with exceptional food and wonderful people all around me. From the friendly staff to the Portuguese chef, with whom I had the pleasure of conversing in Portuguese, and even the fellow customers who clapped and cheered for me during the birthday song, everything was simply amazing.
The ambiance was delightful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall experience. The attention to detail and the personalized service made me feel truly special. The food was beyond delicious, each dish crafted with precision and bursting with flavor. It was a culinary journey that delighted my taste buds and left me wanting more.

One of the best Asian (Chinese) restaurant that I tried in U.K. Worth to go there. The Portuguese Egg Tart is deciduous.
Fantastic food and pleasant atmosphere. Service was impeccable. Limited hours; best reserved in evenings. Open until 2pm for lunch but order food by 1pm. Highly recommend!
