Yay for the macarons! They are dairy and gluten free and I tried 3 flavours (lemon, raspberry and honey) and all were really tasty. My only plea would be more flavours and/or dairy and gluten free options. Would definitely recommend!

If words can describe how good is the dessert in this place, i would only say heavenly! I try their macaroon, cupcakes (the cinnamon one, try it!), dollar cake, and milk biscuit. Oh how nice the employee. If youre an employee i hope the owner give you a raise. If youre the owner, i hope everyone could see this and try your dessert!

I climbed the steps, wrestled the door open and walked into a clean bakery brimming with picture postcard perfect cupcakes! We're talking works of art and while I was there people popped in for gift boxes and that's a good choice. Bringing cake treats to a party? Check here. Out of the corner of my eye I saw scones and macarons, but they're really second fiddle to the cupcakes. Third fiddle. The staff greeted me warmly and I got served straight away. I was here because Bibi's is supporting a food week called 358 Eat for charity. Edinburgh has loads of bakeries but Bibi's one of the few to help out. That's a reason to visit this bakery. I noticed that not all the staff knew about the 358 deal or how to put it through the till. Awkward, I hate being that customer and I know how cringe it is for staff as well. I also know how hard staff communication is and training can be for SMEs but it's totally worth the effort. Tip: You can sit in here and plug into the wall power to recharge your tech. Just don't abuse. My coffee was delicious and Bibi's have a thank you logo wall to their suppliers and I recognised local, ethical suppliers. I had a cookies and cream cupcake which I'd also have been proud to unpack and serve to friends at a party. Overall? In a city full of bakeries, Bibi's is one to visit.

The service was very friendly and my personal favourites were the double chocolate and the salted caramel cupcakes. The price for these delicacies was perfectly reasonable, I'm more than happy to support the bakers. But beware that one will definitely feed you for the remainder of the afternoon. Amzing!

Love this place! Best cupcakes I have had in town and they look stunning. Their scones are also delicious (and usually huge!). Their macarons and brownies are 🤤 🤤. They also have shortbread which is very typical of Scotland same as the scones. You can sit in on a small counter with stools or take away and they do tea, coffee and hot chocolate too. The boxes they put the things into are lovely so perfect for gifts as well!

We got a cookie and a cupcake from here yesterday. Both were really nice. My cupcake had filling on the inside of the sponge which was a nice surprise. The cookie had a nice texture. Staff were reasonably friendly and there were a good selection of sweet treats to choose from. The macrons looked nice but a bit too expensive at £2 for 1. For something that I can eat in one go, that’s a little too pricey for me.

Amazing cakes and bakes. The flavours are so wonderful and work really well together. I had the lemon and elderflower cupcake, and it had such a gentle and sweet taste. The staff were so friendly and approachable, and even were accepting of my sisters need for alternate milk options.
