Enjoyable visit - the quality and presentation of the food and the service couldn't be bettered and the atmosphere was typical of a Hard Rock Cafe , it was good!
HOWEVER , be aware they add a service charge onto the bill which makes it more expensive then expected, a USA phenomenon !
This is okay if it all goes to the waiters and waitresses who were doing a terrific job but not so good if it benefits the management and shareholders!

I'm totally blown away by the service here.
I have a lot of allergies and when the waiter came to the table some of the first things they asked about was allergies. They quickly came with a whole folder where I could look up what I could eat and alternatives to some of the dishes. After ordering the manager came and said that my food was prepared in another area of the kitchen so my food wouldn't come into contact with the rest.
I am mind blown by this amazing service! Thank you for a great experience!

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch while vacationing in Edinburgh. We got there right as they opened and were greeted by the host, Alex. Our server, who was also named Alex and host Alex were super friendly and very interactive with us. We even got to pick out what music to listen to during our meal. The food was excellent and drinks were amazing- I got the strawberry basil lemonade and had them add vodka to it —- sooooo refreshing and delicious! We hit up the gift shop on our way out - nice selection to chose from. We would not hesitate to return next time we are in the area.

Top notch Hard Rock Cafe location that is a bit marred by its tiny footprint. It’s tiny, chaotic, loud and classic. Service is great and you can tell that is a top priority - but they struggled to manage the amount of people that they cycle through here. Food was top notch (for Hard Rock Cafe) as always. I love that they have a local legendary burger still at this location - those are always a must try. The shop is also tiny and when it is busy will be difficult to find what you are looking for.

The ultimate Hard Rock experience. The service is honestly amazing. The atmosphere is really good as well, but the music was way to loud for our liking. The food is good, but our burgers were a bit dry.

Got a deal with the Edinburgh Dungeon to eat lunch here off a selected menu. It did not disappoint! Great selection of drinks. I recommend the Chicken Tenders - delicious 😋! - Dessert was also lovely and plenty of it too! Staff very nice and accommodating too, very chatty.

Last night, I had the pleasure of eating at The Hard Rock Cafe a fantastic experience
The staff member who looked after me last night couldn't have done more
He even brought me a free desert for my birthday 🎂 🥳 The Cowboy Ribeye Steak was phenomenal cooked to perfection, Starter I had BBQ boneless wings with a dip Cocktail of choice The Hurricane🌀
Highly recommend this place to anyone
The outdoor seating area was nicely done with heated lamps, so it was so relaxed

As always hard rock cafes have a magical rock atmosphere and this one has it. Service is great, the staff is super nice and welcoming, always making you feel cared for. Food is nice as also the cocktails, maybe a bit expensive but you pay for the experience.
