Managed to book a table with no issues. The young waitress was absolutely fantastic. Looked after us and more and checked to see if we could keep table longer. She was over checking if we needed more drinks without us having to chase and she was friendly and her customer service top notch.
I headed here after work with my colleagues as we are fortunate enough to work two minutes away. We just came for drinks rather than food however what came out looked very tasty! The decor is very different than most other bars which makes it an interesting place to visit. It's definitely a place to take your other half rather than being on a lads night out ;)
Copper Blossom is a stunningly beautiful bar. Some stuck in a stereotypical mind-set may call it ‘girly’ but regardless, it is right up my street. Adorned with pretty lighting outside, we welcomed into a gorgeous place full of warmth, hidden from the gazes of pedestrians on the street above. We were shown to our table. We had pre booked and had kindly been given a table for four for the two of us, which was a nice bonus, considering there were a fair few other patrons that evening.
Now I’ve been in Copper Blossom a few times, I understand what the fuss is about – it’s something that’s really new and unique which has hit the city centre. Sure, there are other great cocktail bars in Edinburgh, but very few of them do what they do with the style and flourish of Copper Blossom.
For me, the drink and cocktail offering outshines the food menu at the moment, but I’m sure as things get bedded in they’ll be able to build on the running start they’ve already achieved. This could very possibly become THE destination for having cocktails with the girls in Edinburgh.
Favourite cocktail bar! Also the food is gorgeous! Great kitschy, cute venue. It's like a secret garden with white brick walls and flowers and really cute chairs.
I’ve been failing massively at the whole “give peeps a chance to settle in” thing, of late, with very early visits to TriBeCa, Seb and Mili, and the Whistle Stop Barber Shop, which apart for the first one have proved pretty successful. By mistake, I continued this run with a visit to Copper Blossom, the latest offering from the Speratus Group, and took it to a new level by visiting even before its official launch.

Ended up in Copper Blossom after being intrigued by their pictures and how pretty it looks inside. I was instantly in love with the little garden they have when you walk down to the entrance. Full of fairy lights and greenery. Inside it really lives up to the name of Copper Blossom. Floral patterned chairs and a gorgeous copper bar. It is quite a girly place but also very chic and modern. I straight away ordered the Blossom Martini which was a gorgeous looking drink and tasted pretty gorgeous too. Louise Brooke Arnot and Jen Brownlie weren't too sure what they fancied but the barman was so helpful and ended up making them special cocktails to fit their taste which was a nice touch. Once we found a table, the staff brought us water which I think more cocktails bars should be doing. Being responsible is cool...yo. I had a good look at their food menu which sounds pretty tasty so I think I will need to go back to try it out. A really lovely place which had a nice relaxed vibe which makes a change from usual George street on a Friday night. Will be back again!
I love Copper Blossom. Service, staff, atmosphere are all first class. And an accessible loo!
The icing on the cake for us was the attention paid to us by Mac, who normally works the bar, but fortunately for us was working the floor.
What an amazing young man. So knowledgeable about wine, spirits and cocktails, and so attentive.
Sadly for Copper Blossom, Mac will be returning to Uni in 2 weeks. On a plus note however, the manager on duty during our visit, Marco, knows the value of great waiting staff. This should at least ensure consistency in the wake of losing Mac.
This is such a cute restaurant! Our server was great, the food was yummy, and the drinks were delicious. We got the burger, whipped goat cheese and duck gyoza. Our friends got a few fish tacos and shrimp(?), I think and enjoyed those! Espresso martini is a must here!! We had a few other drinks that were also very good.
Celebrated my birthday here with a couple of friends and it was lovely! The place was super pretty and the decorations were amazing. The cocktails were tasty and they had a lot of options to choose from. I also appreciated how accommodating they were to the large group. I definitely recommend and I will be back!

I loved everything about this place! My friend took us here while waiting on dinner and I had a jelly baby. It actually tasted like a jelly baby! The decor was amazing and the guys were lovely! Would definitely come here again
We only had a couple of cocktails but they were really good, strong and the staff were very friendly. Would we come back, in a word.. yes!

Scrummy delicious brunch worthy cocktails and decent pub-like dishes. Really love the colour palette of this venue. The ambience and decor here is bright, fresh, and alive. Super pleasant visit, enjoyed dining here.
Very pretty brunch spot which was our last spot before heading back to station.
Had brunch plates which was lovely to share sweet and savour ans very helpful friendly staff.
