This pub is so far my favourite in Rose Street. It is dark, rocky floor and loaded with decorations. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Really love the atmosphere is pretty unique. Can't forget about the fun name. The steak pie and chips was the first thing I ordered on my trip and it was delicious. Really enjoyed the beer on top and whisky

Great pub on Rose street. Dark and old on the inside, and these are good qualities for a pub. Surprisingly delicious macaroni and cheese, which I didn’t expect from a pub. Large whisky menu.

Called in for a quick drink as it was busy inside and out. Alot of interesting things on the wall to see. Great atmosphere and tables outside too

Great whisky choice, staff professional and kind. A bit expensive, but...if you want the best...this is the pub in Edimburgh you must go to!

Fantastic bar and restaurant. The haloumi was my favorite, but other entries were fantastic too. I had a raspberry pale ale which was good but it was served at room temperature which I found weird.
-1 star for too loud music.
