Would highly recommend this place, on a evening out it was worth going here and get to try their very delicious karahi dishes... would definitely go back again even from so many miles away.

Masha'allah great restaurant and great hospitality. A definite 5 stars - great quality food and very affordable price. And, ask for Karak Chai, you will love it ❤️!

Canteen-style restaurant, very simple, basic environment. Food excellent, limited but adequate choice, chicken and lamb meat dishes, good selection of vegetarian options. Rice included but ask for their excellent chapatis. My favourite pull-in for a quick lunch.

Unpretentious good food at a fair price. Perhaps a little rough and ready, but none the worse for that, staff are hard working and friendly, the food is excellent, good portions, after being served at the counter you take a seat at one of the long tables, falling into discussion with whoever is sitting close. Great place especially during the Fringe

Amazing place. The food was great and not pricey at all. You get to choose from a variety of vegetarian and vegan options and the staff was very nice. Just be careful with the different sauces and curry’s, it can be really spicy. One sauce was a bit too hot for me but I could have just asked. Would totally recommend this place!

We did order a fair amount for many of us, it was busy time as plenty of people, food was nice but maybe avoid pizza as it was still doughy and top was all done. Will recommend the wraps which is good portion size. They should get another toilet in there or just a side sink where can wash hands only than waiting in queue. Atmosphere not too bad and they have their own parking but it's paying parking, you might be paying alot if your not in and out quickly being in city centre.

Absolutely recommendable for the light and budget travelers. The menu is affordable and the staff are kind. Easy to choose the dishes and the portion is quite big, so very much satisfied. This place reminds me the times in uni.

This place must be a popular stop for the uni goers in Edinburgh because you can get a big plate of curry served buffet style for under £10 . There are no waiters to pay for , just a cook and server , serving from containers in a glass cabinet so you pick whatever takes your fancy . In my case I opted for lamb curry with spinach potato and rice , which was heaped on a plate and devoured with committed fervour. So many pieces of soft succulent lamb ! Beautiful! It’s clean and basic inside the shop with wooden floors , tables and chairs . It’s a big place with plenty of room if you are disabled or have small children unlike most Indian restaurants. Lastly , I didn’t try the ice cream which is served from a different counter by somebody else but it looked equally delicious and inexpensive. Top quality fast food on the go

Returned to MK after a long time. And it was well worth the visit. Canteen like feel with a set menu and food is ready to be dished out, so no waiting. I had the chilli chicken & rice and it was epic, spiced just right with a delicious sauce. Generous portion too, very filling. I won't be waiting so long for a return visit that's for sure!
