Absolutely without doubt the best sushi in Edinburgh, fresh , punchy and flavoursome. the staff are so kind, they tailored my order to suit my taste, ordered many times now to my home , once they ran a little but I was contacted, notified and was unexpectedly compensated with free food "something that your standard takeaways rarely do"
The first time was so good it baffles me how with each order it keeps getting better. I can't recommend this place enough it is truly a must eat!!
By far the best sushi takeaway I’ve had, perfect for someone like me, I don’t like fish and the menu has plenty of chicken to choose from, and the presentation makes it a pleasure to eat, it’s like being in a restaurant, can’t stop ordering it
We were 6 people and the staff made their best to accommodate us in such a small room.
Sushi and gyozas are superb! We are amazed about the quality of this place. The chicken teriyaki was a total winner. The ramen stock however needed a bit more care when cooking but what a wonderful discovery. We’ll be back!
FANTASTIC SUSHI TO SHARE
Came here at 4pm on a Saturday as it was opening and obviously the whole place was empty so easy to get seats. Make sure to bring cash as they don't take card here.
Started with the Hell Pork Ramen which fairly good. It has a creamy taste however the flavours from the meat don't come through in the broth. I thought it would be spicier but there was only a mild spice from it. Still a good ramen to fulfill any need for ramen.
The sushi Tempura set was amazing. The whole set was quite filling and it was put together fantastically. It tasted perfectly but the most important thing was that the textures were very pleasant.
The sushi is of course quite expensive which is why I begin saying that you should most definitely come in a group so you can share a set and save on costs.
Would come again!

Pretty good sushi from these guys albeit a little pricey vs the freshness, a good selection of sushi however and overall a pleasing menu, staff are friendly and helpful if your unsure what to get or where to start, I’d definitely go back.

These guys are fantastic. Huge variety of delicious sushi and constant fresh ideas for new delicacies. Also, consistent high quality of rice and all the ingredients. One of our favourite sushi restaurants in town!
Nice looking sushi place. We waited to be served a bit long, but soon we realized that there was only one person waiting the tables. White Sushi is very busy so expect to wait a bit longer than desired, but the wait is well worth it. The quality of food we've been given was amazing. Not only it looked great, it tasted even better. The selection of food is surprisingly big as we expected much smaller menu. The service was great and very accommodating. Definitely will be coming back.

One of the best sushi places we've ever been to. I agree with Kimberley that maybe it is not authentic but still everything fresh and testy. Maybe the service was not the greatest one but food was amazing. The place is relatively new and the owners young and I believe they deserve to get a chance. We ordered 3 sets and paid silly money for it. My wife and I will come back for sure!
Neat, lovely place. We've ordered ramen for delivery many times and the broth comes always fresh and the toppings delicious. Also well packaged. Girlfriend is an even bigger fan than me.
