Another great sandwich joint at reasonable prices. There are also usually a hot specials most days. Top tip is macaroni with bacon on Wed and spicy meatballs & rice on Thursdays

Delightfully fresh sandwiches made to order with prices that will please both a hungry uni student and weary backpacker alike. The simple BLT I ordered was bursting with flavour of crisp lettuce, sweet tomatos and bacon cooked to perfection. A must try!

I cannot believe how few reviews there are so far! Picnic Basket must be the single most important food source for Informatics staff (and probably the rest of the campus) at lunchtime!
The service is fast and friendly, the sandwiches are great!
