My fiancé and I went into Chisholm Hunter on Princess Street to find the perfect engagement ring. I tried on lots of rings that just didn’t feel right although they were all stunning. Rebecca and her colleague went to the rings in the window and picked out some more rings I had asked for however they also picked ring they thought would suit myself as I don’t wear lots of jewellery. Once I placed the ring chosen for me on I didn’t want to take it off. It was just perfect and it was lovely that the staff were able to help find the perfect ring that suited me. I never felt the staff were ‘selling’ me the rings to get a sale. It was a perfect experience which was calm, no pressure and had lots of discussion which included my Fiancé. Highly recommend.

The review is for Chisholm Hunter suites, not the jeweler as Googe is suggesting. We stayed at hotel Chisholm Hunter at Edinburgh. Very good location and superbly maintained. Every thing was so neat and clean. Toiletries, towels, bedding, all were perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped too with a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, a refrigerator, freezer, an electric oven, electric stove, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, everything was provided to make the living comfortable. Location is very good. View outside was very beautiful. Well lit rooms.

Bought a Seiko watch today for my son’s imminent birthday. Exceptional service from both Luke (store manager) and Chloe (sales assistant) at the Edinburgh Gyle branch. Friendly and professional with a genuinely warm welcome. A customer experience that puts online shopping in the shade and, yes, the price was just as good! Thank you Luke & Chloe! P.S. On purchasing a ring in Chisholm Hunter on Princes Street, I was delighted to be greeted by staff that were not only attentive and very knowledgeable, but took all my requests and helped me pick the perfect ring.
