I had very very bad experience in this store. I was on holiday to Edinburgh. After a day i went to have some burger. I was served the beef burger although I ordered and paid for chicken burger. Customer service was awful.

I ordered classic burger with fries. My friend ordered beans burger with fries and a cup of cappuccinos. I enjoyed mine and my friend enjoyed hers. We both ordered Ben and Jerry's ice-cream. It was yummy. The girl who served us was lovely friendly and polite.
We ordered food from the ordering machine, and it was prepared quickly. The restaurant has good seating arrangements. In general, the food is tasty. It would be even better if the burger is larger than I expected.
