Our go-to place for soft play! Great fun for kids of all ages. Nice food options if you want to stay for lunch. It gets busy on weekends, with a wait of up to 45-60 minutes.

Had an awesome bday party for my son today. The place is really great for bday party. Highly recommended by us. Our host Lucy managed the food and games for us. We had opted for cold meals and it came in really neat boxes which were pretty impressive. Ice cream with sprinkle and marshmallow. Specific details like vegan meals and dairy free were also considered and handled well. The kids were really happy and so were we. We had the soft play followed with food and cake cutting. Then party games. The staff is really friendly and took care of our guests. The place is clean and maintained well. The cafe has good choice and tasty variety for the parents to enjoy while the kids played. πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I love their cleanness, they try their best and it is not easy. Their holidays parties are fun and controlled. The cafe is also good and useful. The soft play it self keeps losing parts to it instead of gaining new additions, which is something I don’t understand given that they are almost always busy! I’m mot sure how much possible this is, but I feel like age restrictions should be taken more seriously, older kids run really fast and keep bumping into younger ones and they keep getting into the wee ones spaces.

Great open space. Just wish the employees were a little more helpful when a disabled child is having a meltdown. They stood and stared. Made me a little uncomfortable. Services are great. Prices are abit much. I suggest a packed lunch. No hot food was sold there and asked and also stated they don't.

Fun indoor play space for kids over 3. They have clean toilets and a drinking fountain. You can only pay for hour long chunks at a time and will need to wait to go back in when the hour is up if it's busy.

Was in yesterday with my grandson & he loves it. Its a little tight if you have to help them round a bit & maybe they could separate the bigger kids from the smaller once gives each child there own space & the older child won't hurt smaller child if they were separate otherwise he loved it.

First time I've been here in years and they have totally over-hauled the kids play area. Could have stayed for hours, fully recommend especially if you have the membership.

Fun for the kids but the floor gets a bit dirty by late afternoon, even with an abundance staff standing round. My 1 year old was in the under 5 section and took a foot to the face from a 10 year old. Staff appeared put out when I asked them to eject the older kids.

Great location to go to after school on a rainy afternoon. I mainly go during the weekdays. Facilities are clean, service is good. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to loud noises for a prolonged time. The building structure does not lend to sound absorption.

We've just had our little girls 3rd birthday πŸŽ‰ party at Clambers. It was fantastically organised by the party leader Ellie. She made sure all the children were in and once in the party room was very good at organising the children for food, cake and fun afterwards - recognising that they were young children and it was a case of being flexible and 'playing it by ear' to see what they were capable of doing, especially after an hour of running around! We had the Clownfish package which included a packed lunch of sandwich, yoghurt/jelly, crisps, fruit and juice/water - well prepared and perfectly adequate. The only thing I'd suggest is specifying yoghurt when booking as the squeezy jelly was a bit weird and didn't go down that well. Overall, a great hassle free party πŸŽ‰ for parents and bags of fun for the birthday star ⭐️ and all their guests.
