Fantastic service, excellent food and great range of cocktails and alcohol drinks. I love this place. Every time we are staying at the Balmoral we have food and drink here. Staff are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the drinks and menus .

I was probably unlucky with my cocktail. And it was disappointing to be sat at the bar and find that my area hasn’t been cleaned between patrons.

Just had a wonderful anniversary lunch at Bar Prince. The Balmoral Burger was every bit as good as expected! And we were looked after beautifully by David, our waiter. Will definitely be back.

A little slice of luxury in the heart of Edinburgh! Beautiful interior, exceptional staff and service, and delicious cocktails (but very pricey so watch out!)

Truly superb experience and environment. Staff are, predictably, top notch. Had an excellent Old Fashioned (or two). Delicious cherries really made it special. Could sit here all day. Delectable complementary nibbles (two bowls) are always welcomed in my opinion.
