My shopping experience in M&S in Craigleith was very enjoyable, everything I needed with a fantastic selection in all dept's

Great foothall with a good selection of items and lots of offers. There was a slight mix up with one of the offers I bought and the manageress on the floor rectified it immediately on it being brought to her attention. The other members of staff were really friendly and polite.

Throughout the difficult year that 2020 has been, M&S has been one of the more pleasant places to shop....especially compared to many other, larger supermarkets who seem to just play lip service to safety. M&S at Craigleith have done it very well and continue to do si.

Do your shopping for both food and clothing can be a bit on the cramped side in clothing but overall a typical m&s store. cafe for light meals, tea ,coffee and cake scones etc handy when you're shopped out! (Which doesn't take much for me) so a cafe is an ideal stop to recharge the batteries.

Well proportioned store. Good range of clothes for adults and children and food. We'll laid out. Parking is available. Also nice cafe. Always plenty of staff to help.

Another M&S with a layout familiar to the brand. As always a nice choice of foodstuffs and wine. Women's and men's clothes to suit most tastes. Pleasant and helpful staff and free car parking.

Good, friendly store in small retail park close to the city centre, with all M&S departments - clothing, accessories, home, and food. Order and collect service. Lovely cafe, with faster service than in the bigger stores in city centre. In women's clothing, the range of styles and sizes has improved recently, making it a valid first choice of store to visit.
