Kfc Edinburgh

Went in for dinner here just recently. The restaurant itself was quite clean inside, nothing on tables, could have done with a quick sweep but other than that was clean. Restaurant inside was very quiet with only 2 other diners inside. Perfect time to have a sit-in dinner (we thought anyways!) Tried to use the self-service machines, but got a little confused as didn’t know they can’t take cash (not been in to order in this store before and haven’t had a kfc for a long long time!), however the woman at the till was quite friendly and took our order perfectly & efficiently with a polite and positive attitude. Another staff member was assembling our order whilst it was being put through. So got our food quite fast. Was also quite hot too! Had to wait a few minutes on the drinks but that was ok. We found a table fine and enjoyed the meal. Wasn’t too expensive either for what we ordered, was just less than £20 for two meals. Food was actually really nice. They do have a drive-thru here but we didn’t use it on this occasion.

Food was on point! Couldn't fault it. The service on the other hand could of been better. The man that initially gave me my order was in too much of a hurry and pretty rude tbh whilst doing the order. There weren't many people there so there was no reason to rush. He missed chips and 2 juice. A lady that seen I was quite angry asked if everything was OK and sorted my order. The atmosphere was OK only due to the fact this kfc wasn't the cleanest I have been too. Never really seen anyone cleaning or clearing rubbish etc. Lots of food on the floor.. would of rather ate it in the car in all honesty but because of having a disability I have to get out and strech/walk
