Pizza Hut

You know the staff aare useless when they manage to screw up a margarita...yep..they world's most basic pizza...mine came loaded with pepperoni and was delivered just after the shops closing time....so I couldn't call and complain. Go anywhere else but here because even when they do get ur order right it's often burned to a crisp. Unless your staggering home drunk after a night on the sauce you will be totally disappointed.

First off, the staff are friendly and welcoming, no complaints at all there. The main thing I was miffed about is the gluten free pizza. It was tiny, barely had enough topping and the base was thin and hard, like a minging Jacob's Cream Cracker. For a tarted up and expensive cheese sandwich, I expected more.

Would give zero stars if possible. Purely for poor customer service 13th november 16 A friend and I decided to order a pizza online through "snapfax takeways" from pizza hut as a treat. Upon ordering we received a confirmation text saying the pizza would be delivered at latest 7.10pm. When the pizza didn't arrive by 7.40 we called the store to find out what was happening. We were told that the delivery driver had left with our pizza and would arrive soon. another half hour went by with no pizza, so we called again. This time we were told the delivery driver had just left (thought he left 30 mins ago?!!) and he 6 orders all for the same place so he might be a while. The person at the other end of the line was very unhelpful and was unable to supply any reason as to why the pizza was so late. So, eventually the pizza appears over 2 hours late! Not only was it late but it was not the correct order, one was blackened, and they were cold. The sides ordered were also overcooked and were also cold! This is an absolute joke!

This is absolutely poor service. The person took order 0625 pm and told me to deliver by 1 hour. I called him back 0730 pm and he lied to me that driver had left with order. ( my home is less than 5 minutes drive from shop). After 15 minutes, Person at shop told me that Driver has left and he can't contact driver as he may be driving....yet another lie. When I called back again after 2 hours .....then the person at Pizza Hut tells me that Driver has never left the pizza Hut.....he can only say sorry and can't do anything about it. My children were hungry and waited for pizza for 2 hours.....still not arrived. This is really really bad service from this particular franchise..... I would strongly recommend all ....not to use the services of the St John's road Pizza Hut anytime in future.

I have worked in a takeaway for 4 years and I understand that on weekends it can be extremely busy leading to delays. However after ordered and waited for 2 hours I called to ask what was happening. I was happy to wait longer but I wanted an approximate time frame. To have nobody answer the phone, all 3 times I called, it is EXTREMELY unprofessional and unacceptable to not answer. I had to call snapfaxtakeaways and ask what was happening. After nearly 3 hours after ordering I got my order, cold. After working in the same industry I am generally very considerate and understanding of these kind of issues but I am really unhappy with this service and I would like an apology.

ABSOLUTE JOKE complained at 15.00 as my fort order was terrible was told I would have a fresh pizza delivered to me in 45 minutes and it is now 20.00 and still not here phoned loads of times I was hung up on, swore at on the phone and laughed at and shouted at when I kindly asked when it was going to be here they said the delivery driver has already came and tried to phone! Which is a LIE!!!!! And told it would be here at 9.30!! Definitely don't recommend rubbish service! And staff not qualified

Just got a delivery from Pizza Hut Corstorphine. All good was cold but the best part was that they sent me the macaroni cheese and it hadn't even been cooked..the lid hadn't even been opened. Called them up to explain this to be told another one would be sent out but no priority, it will take 30-40 mins. Place is an absolute joke!!!!
