L’Artigiano is a wonderful place to eat an excellent Italian food in Edinburg! My wife and I went yesterday there and we liked it so much that we went back today. All the dishes were delicious, and the best part: the price is really good!

Great service and food. I've I'd live in Edinburgh I'd be a regular customer.
Really enjoyed the evening, great and friendly service, the pizza and pasta as well as the desert where delicious. Espresso and the Limocello, too where very enjoyable - this is rare tbh.

Friendly service, good vibes and decor, and the food came like super super fast. And everything was delicious. I always judge an Italian restaurant by its sugo, and here it is a very good one. Nailed both the flavour and the consistency. The pasta was all cooked perfectly, the melanzane parmigiana was one of the best I've had for years, and all the ingredients in the caprese were high quality and super fresh.

A really good place, amazing atmosphere, the team is so good and ready to help you with everything you would like, the waiter/waitress were so nice with us. the food is really italian, said by an italian family that’s here on a trip. you should go here if you want to eat good pasta or pizza.

While many places ‘do’ Italian cuisine, not all do it well. L’Artigiano is easily one of the best that we have had during our travels. The restaurant is well laid out with a section in the front that feels more open and communal, and a more cozy section in the back. The service was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Nice selection of wine options. The dishes were excellent in quality and the portions were just right. My pasta carbonara was creamy and delicious and my wife’s bolognese was rich, meaty and well balanced. Craving Italian cuisine in Edinburgh be sure to come here.

It was a delicious meal we got served there. The pizza was delicious with thin base and delicious toppings. The pasta was well cooked and the cheese on top amazing.
Prices are good for the size of meals. They serve foreign beers and ciders which is amazing.

Lovely restuarant. Very impressive dishes especially all cheese selection. We also order a Parma pizza and it is super delicious! highly recommended. The only thing when we went there, they let us wait for a while to order even we had booked the time. Overall, indoor decoration is homy cozy.

A wonderful Italian restaurant in the centre of Edinburgh. The food was absolutely divine. I would be happy to bring my Italian friends here which I think is the biggest compliment I can give.
