Grosvenor Casino Edinburgh

We were the only customer in the Restaurant. The food was 😋 yummy as usual (oh I've been here b4 my usual hangout when my friends/family from abroad comes to visit me). My friend treated me, food and drinks & the manager of the casino gave £20 each vouchers to play in the casino. It was a lucky Friday night as I won 🌙 A brilliant night to catch up after 5 yrs due to covid pandemic.

Casino just like any other casino...BUT! 5 stars for excellence, professionalism, intelligence, class, style, great sense of humour and one of the cutest laughs I've ever heard goes to the cute short girl staff member working on the casino floor as (I'm assuming) super visor/ team lider / manager. She is definitely the most efficient and essential person for this establishment. Not only she helps guests around with any queries they might have, she also helps in all other departments if necessary. Whether it's behind the bar, on the floor or even helping security to recognise and identify customers under the influence of drugs in case they missed it at the entrance ( this girl just couldn't tame and control her jaw movements) she also provides useful informations and tips to her colleagues but most importantly she brings soo many positive vibes to the workplace resulting in smiles all around. =]

Hired for private birthday party nice room just of the main casino. Which they allowed the person who hired it to decorate to her own excellent taste. Live band and space for dancing. Catering excellent. Lovely night was had by all. Glad to see they have kept the art deco feeling to the building. And drinks were reasonably priced.

Had enjoyable evening here. Warm reception and very attentive staff. Drinks offered and food can be brought to you whilst playing the slot machines or one can relax away from the tables and dine in upstairs restaurant. I chose to snack at the slots and thoroughly enjoyed my food. Like new card system where winnings can be transferred to so no carrying large sums. lovely evening.

Went for a friend's engagement party. The staff could not of been more warm or helpful if they'd tried. The inside is well kept tidy and has a "suave" feel 😂 but it is close enough to not feel overwhelming. The drinks are fairly priced as well. If you're unsure of any games or rules the staff will guide you or explain the rules, the next step etc, and the other players - who I guess where regular - are also happy to explain the game and are patient. Over all a really good casino, well run and an community feeling
