I recently visited this place for breakfast, and it's a charming and intimate spot with only about five tables. The food served is undoubtedly fresh and delicious, especially for those with foreign palates. However, when it comes to authenticity, it might fall slightly short for those who are particularly discerning. To the average diner, though, the difference might not be readily noticeable.
The chef and staff are friendly. This place is well worth a visit, especially if you're feeling nostalgic for the flavors of home or simply want to experience a taste of Singaporean cuisine in a cozy setting.

Seriously good! The coffee was great (strong) and the food tasted soooo good.
The place is quite small so we got lucky and didn't have to wait long for a table for 2. They don't take reservations so I don't think this place suits big groups.
Will be going again and recommend it to everyone I know.

Second time going as first attempt had queued but they'd ran out of pretty much all of the menu (was about 2pm), so get down early! Breakfast says 12-3pm, but might be lunch only at the weekends? Wasn't a big deal as I wanted the Nasi Lamak (but my wife had wanted something off the breakfast menu). Food was great, Kopi was delicious and I'm looking forward to going back to try the Laksa.

Oh my goodness. What is this??!! It is so goooood!!! This was the closest thing from the real deal (I've stayed in Singapore for 18 years). It's very cozy inside and the food is just fantastic. That Full English breakfast is genuinely one of the best that I've ever had. Another thing I liked is that the Milo Dinosaur was very weak and not chocolatey and when I told them, they were more than happy to add Milo powder inside. The Curry puffs are a little salty but nothing that I can't handle. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Please visit here for Breakfast especially when you are in Edinburgh! 💯

Such a lovely wee place with the best coffee and food! Very authentic and welcoming staff.

The curry puffs are amazing! The flavour of the curry goes so well with the pastry and the filling inside.
We had to wait for a bit when we visited since there are only a limited number of tables, but the food is totally worth the wait. The murtabak with the haggis filling is also quite unique fusion of East and Scottish food.
We also had the Milo chocolate which were pretty good too.
The staff are friendly as well, and the customers were nice too.

This place is a must try! Delicious and authentic. Tiny place with only 8 seats, but wow, they have amazing food and coffee. We tried almost the entire menu and it was all amazing.
Keep in mind that this restaurant does not do reservations so come early!

Having lived in Singapore, I was excited to come across this little gem so close to home! Food is really good, flavour of the kopi very close to the Kopitiams in the far east. The eggs served are also the perfect amount of runny as they should be. Highly recommend anyone wanting a taste of Singapore without the very expensive flight to stop here. My only complaint - I didn’t see a Singapore sling on the menu!

Kopi with condensed milk was great for sweet coffee lovers, and the evaporated milk was better for me as someone who prefers less sweet drinks. We had the roti and they were soft, flakey, and delicious, and the oil dip was spicy and aromatic. Really small place, especially if you're with a group of more than one person, as there's only a handful of two-seater tables, so be mindful that larger groups may not be able to sit in. Worth a visit though!
