Came in for a drink & bite to eat before a show at the Usher Hall. Staff couldn’t have been friendly, food was absolutely fantastic, great selection of items!

Connor the chef did absolutely amazing. The food was very good would highly recommend to any locals nearby. Service was very good thank you to Kate and Seb for helping deliver the customer experience we need. Will be back soon :)

Visited before a fringe show, Naomi served us and was so friendly and helpful. Have us loads of recommendations of other pubs and gave us the stamp card for the walking trail, can't wait to complete it!

I visited today and was greeted by the most wonderful bar staff! Great experience and great drinks!
While I was at the bar, a customer was being unbelievably rude to the staff and was demanding a wine they did not have. The supervisor was (unnecessarily) extremely polite and gave the customer multiple alternatives. Bringing out all the wine they had. And was overall super helpful. The situation was handled professionally and calmly, I had to comment about it. I was really impressed with the amount of restraint 😂

Our first restaurant in Scotland. We were wandering the streets of Edinburgh when we came upon this place. Looked inviting so walked in and were seated right away. We ordered some wine and a plate of hummus and flatbread and some fish and chips. All food was very good and our waiter was very engaging and gave us a lot of valuable info on the city. Enjoyable and would definitely go back.
