Had such a great meal here with friends last night! The staff were excellent and food was delicious! Really relaxed atmosphere and super modern. Cannot recommend enough.

Second time we have been ( have had a few takeaways as well ) and it is OUTSTANDING. We had quite a large table and they coped with us so well. The service was perfect and most importantly the food was genuinely first class. Easily my favourite restaurant of its kind in Edinburgh. 10/10.

Amazing Experience! Lamb curry was fantastic. It was very tender and juicy. Stuffs were very friendly and experienced. Would love to come back again!

Food is incredible - everything from starter to main was delicious. I particularly liked the chicken peri and shrimps jalfrezi! The staff is very kind and gives recommendations on dishes. Book in advance as the place is tiny and you may not find a spot!

Coming from Indonesia and we booked this restaurant last minute. Actually we can’t say anything cause the food was amazing! We couldn’t finish our dinner because the portion was quite large so we took it home plus we bought additional Pilau rice cause we can’t get over it! The Jhal Bhuna Chicken is a must try dish especially for Indonesian, they put bird eye chili so we can feel the heat. We also re-ordered Sabzi Pakora for take away (must try too!).
Will definitely come again and thanks a lot for the waiter for helping us serve the best food they have. She was so helpful and so kind !

Excellent evening at Cilantro. The food was delicious and the service outstanding and a definite reason to go back. BYOB so go to Sainsbury’s across the road beforehand (before 10 to any English/foreign visitors)

Some of the best Indian food I’ve had period - in the States and in the UK. I had the murgha mango and we also ordered naan, raita, samosas and chicken tikka. The staff are kind and service is fast. Definitely come here!!

I convinced my mother to go here (she doesn’t usually like spicy or Indian food), and it was so good that she asked if we could go again. We went twice in our four day stay in Edinburgh, and I can’t recommend it enough. Ratul was so helpful with his recommendations on what to order, and everything was extremely delicious.
