Enjoyed a cappuccino and steakbake. Only problem with the steak bake was it was a bit runny. Had to ask for a spoon. Other than that I always love a Greggs sausage roll 😊

I was at Straiton to day 24/12/21 and the customer service was great and so helpful, I had just finished my late Christmas shopping because I work for nhs and xmas eve was the only time I had to get all the gifts. after 5 shops, 3 bags (one that ripped) I went in to Gregg's and it was a real relief to have such helpful, polite and friendly service. The lady who served me went above and beyond by helping me with my coffee to the table. I just want to say thank you and Merry Christmas xx
