Asked for a bacon and sausage and a egg and sausage roll. Got charged full price but when I got home, ready to tuck in, the sausage was absent from both rolls.... I called to enquire about the problem and the manager (Liz) was absolutely lovely and explained there was trainee in today, which of course I can forgive as everyone starts somewhere! She took my name and told me the next breakfast rolls would be at a discounted price. That piece of communication is key and helped an underwhelmed customer understand the situation. Liz is a credit to the company! Very kind and respectful! Never had anything go wrong until today, but even this little hiccup was put right immediately and she made me feel like a respected member of the chesser/gorgie community! We all make mistakes, but the way we rectify those mistakes is what makes the difference and these guys were absolutely fantastic in dealing with the situation and that’s what matters. Thank you Liz and the team!! .

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, and we'll stocked. Prices are very reasonable for hot drinks and food. Although I think they could do much better on the Gluten Free side, as could only offer me a packed of Gluten Free: Chocolate Brownies". They could provide Gluten Free rolls, for hot breakfast rolls, and cold filled sandwiches rolls, for lunch etc.
