Got a full slab rib dinner, strawberry shortcake, and a strawberry shake. It was absolutely great. Staff was extremely nice to each customer. Even customers with a rude attitude. A must stop by place if you're in the area.

Lines were long but the employees made sure that the lines were moving quickly. Food was good. We will be going back for the chocolate cake.

First let me say I am a lover of hot dogs. This place makes one of the best Chicago style dogs I have ever had. The bun to hot dog ratio was perfect. The drive thru service was quick and seamless. It was set up like Chick-fil-A style. The food hot and good.

What a wide variety offered on the menu! Since it was my first time I ordered the standard Original Hot Dog, bonus tip.....it was the least calorie option! For a hot dog, it was delicious with some weird green colored relish, tomatoes, sport peppers, mustard, ketchup, onions and a dill pickle! This is not a place I'll return to because there are no real healthy options, but for what it is, it was very tasty fun!
I also noticed many of the employees were seniors, warm and friendly, refreshing! Very well run which would explain why Portillo's are popping up in many places!

The food here is amazing, they cook your burgers to how you want them, they offer many variations of their food including the salads and desserts. I especially enjoy the eclair cake with it's soft texture and sweet taste. The service is quick and friendly with the staff always having a positive attitude the atmosphere with the many different decorations from the past combined with old music make Portillos a very welcoming place! I would definitely come back!

I got the breaded fish sandwich and it is so superior to McDonald's filet-o-fish. Very delicious. There's always a long line though but I guess that's because the food is so good.
