Sammy's Mexican Grill

This place has authentic, high quality food. They have the best steak I’ve ever had on tacos! There are so many options on the menu so it is easy to try something new each time. The rice is great, so is the guacamole and their salsa. I tried a flauta for the first time here and was very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly and quick.

On several occasions we’ve called for pick up and cannot get through. For a place that expects mass volume of orders, they should think through strategy, both online orders and phone orders. Get more than one phone line or utilize technology to split the lines. None the less it’s frustrating when you want to order and support local business and they aren’t up to par to support you. Sammys has Quality food but service needs an upgrade, especially with the current dynamic of the country/world.

I was on my way out of town and really wanted tacos. I looked up a random place and I’m so happy I came here. I did curbside Togo and the food was fast and delicious. I ordered the tacos with the sliced ribeye upgrade. I was thinking I was getting just better steak but no... I got 3 tacos with a whole steak on each of them 🤤🤤 I will be back for dine in as I don’t live to far away ❤️

Tonight my fiance and I ordered food. We weren't feeling well so we had delivery- we are only a 3-4 min drive down the road. We waited over an hour and it should have been to us in 45 min. We don't have our phones attached to our hip, so we didn't notice missed calls. I called back and they couldn't find the house. The guy that entered the address missed a number, not the drivers fault of course so he still got the tip he deserved. Now the GM said he would remake the food. Again, 3 min away and tacos were cold. I like my burrito bc I was hungry, and we had no salsa for the salsa and chips we ordered and paid for. I work in a restaurant and regardless what the customer complains about, even if it is a small mistake like missing a number for an address, I offer something whether it's a gift card or a discount just to make it better. I don't think I would even accept it, but it's always the gesture that makes people appreciative, at least for me. I will say I never had a bad dine in experience.
