This was my first time trying Lou's deep dish and at first I was really excited every one told me that it's the best and after trying it I'm very bummed out! Sloppy tasteless mess is what I got, will be eating at Giordanos from now on

Not much to say only that is in my opinion the best deep dish pizza in the cargo area. That is saying a lot. The takeout is as good as the original Lou malnati's location

Ok ordered their new Italian beef pizza was nothing of what i thought I'd get from the best deep dish pizza maker in Illinois, crust was way over done barely any cheese n Italian beef was soooooo scarce u should not be able to hold a piece like a stiff thin crust , over all very disappointed....

Could use a little help getting orders correct. Even after manager called and stated my order was ready wasn't there when I picked up.

Most poorly run business I've ever seen the manager is completely incompetent. The last 2 times I've been there I've had to wait an extra 30 min after my orders done. I've actually watched my pizza get cold on the table while the employees run around the parking lot trying to figure out the orders, and thats while the manager is inside making jokes with the employees with no mask on standing over everyones orders. I will never order from there again
