I called to place my order and they asked if I could hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes (The time it took me to get there). When I got there there was no people so I dont know why I was still on hold. I asked the lady and she said she was really busy (there was no people). I ordered and she kept answering the phone and telling people to hold and not answering sometimes. I finally got my order 20 minutes later. A supreme pizza and hot wings. I got home to find out the vegetables on my pizza were burned and the pizza was really hard even though it was a stuffed crust. I had to throw it away :(
I am never going back to this location. The lady was very rude and her hair looked like she hadnt taken a shower in a week.

I get pizza here sometimes but it is a pretty run down lookin pizza hut. It does not have a dining area. It is takeout or delivery only.
I made another visit here and placed online order, everything came out perfectly. The employee Nichole was wonderful and very nice. She doesn't match this store. The store needs a major renovation and she was the complete opposite. I think if it wasn't for her at this location it may close. She'll keep me coming back.

This hut is getting ready to move to a new location but don't be fooled. The pizza was underwhelming and like, super greasy (think cafeteria-squeegee-with-napkins). Also, there wasn't a way to have our pizza cooked to well done so it the dough was floppy at best and lacked structural integrity. The only redemption was the carryout special for a large three topping 'za. Pass on this for fast food pizza.

Terrible experience. Employees had terrible attitudes. My husband asked how long the wait was, but no one heard him because the employees wear had phones. The lady at the register paid no attention to him. We got our 7 0 dollar carry out order and it was missing the cinnamon rolls. I mentioned it and the worker said they never put them in the oven and it would be 15 minutes and walked away. No apology or anything. When they were finally done, the other lady handed it to me and said "here" with her phone on her hand as she text some one. Didn't even look at me and walked away. No apology. No thanking. I will never go back to this pizza hut.

I have always loved pizza hut. Great food, friendly staff, & very quick on delivery. I just ordered a medium meat lovers pizza, & I was told that it would be here in about 30 minutes. It hasn't even been 15 minutes and I already have my food. On top of this the pizza looks and tastes as great as I've come to expect from this great pizza chain. The delivery drivers are the best. Courteous, friendly, smart, and professional. I gave them the address to deliver to ( which had 2 different entrances on opposite sides of the building), & David knew exactly where to go. He even called to make sure he was in the right parking lot. Awesome!!! 5 stars isn't even enough to rate y'all. I'd double it if I could.

We had initially order our pizza online for delivery. We waited 20 min and I received a voicemail from paul (I didnt recognize the number) saying that they did not turn off their delivery feature from the website and he wanted to see if we wanted to cancel or pick it up. We went to the location and Paul fixed everything and even threw in a cookie. Thank you for your kindness Paul! Talk about customer service!

First time I called I stayed on the line 9 minutes then hung up. Second time I called they answered first ring but with, "hello." Not, "thanks for calling pizza hut," did they expect a prank call or something? But my pizza and bread sticks were burnt, and I kinda expected that because walking in the door the whole restaurant was full of smoke coming from the oven. The dipping sauce for the bread sticks was also watered down. And if you want people to know where your store is, turn your lights on after it's been dark for two hours, especially if your between and behind two other business.

Management is awful. I placed an order online but forgot to put my coupon in, I immediately called the store to cancel but the guy whom I talked to explained to me that I can just bring it in and show the cashier. When I picked up my order I told the manager Danielle what I had been told over the phone. She refused to accept my coupon saying that they didn't have the system for that. I explained that the guy I had talked to said I could and she very rudely said "we can't do that!" I told her to talk to the person who answered the phone and she said that she's the only one who picks up the phones. I gave her the time to look up and she said "no we can't do that!" If I could give zero stars for this place I would! I had a terrible experience. I absolutely love Pizza Hut but this store is DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD STORE! I will never go back, the manager treated me like I was bothering her.
