Dunkin'

The man working at the BR was very rude. There was no sign about masks on the door or posted that we saw so we didn't think to put ours on before entering. He literally barked "no mask no service" in our faces when we got to the counter. When asked nicely I have 0 issue putting a mask on, but this was not the case. His attitude made us lose our taste for ice cream so we left. 🤷‍♀️ Work on people skills

Ordered a signature iced caramel craze latte and it was given without the cinnamon sugar topping. I brought this to the worker's attention and their response was that this didn't come on the caramel craze latte and that only the butter pecan came with sprinkles. I was then asked if I wanted sprinkles... She kept negating the fact that a signature iced caramel craze latte originally comes with the cinnamon sugar topping. She at least asked if I wanted it and added it...

I went today after not going for a couple of years. I must say I felt bad for the woman working by herself. There was a line of people waiting. The place looks like it could use a fresh start. Half of the things ordered, or wanted to be ordered were unavailable. The employee was friendly and talkative though, gave a sense of life to the place.

Went in 2/16 around 1:30 trying to grab a dozen donuts and was completely ignored by the girl working. She was clearly doing something so I thought I let her finish, but not only was her mask not covering her mouth and nose she came to the register I was in front of to grab something and when I politely greeted her she didn’t responded headed to the back of the store. At that point I just walked right out and took my service elsewhere. That girl just had the nastiest attitude and she needs a new job if she doesn’t have enough common decency to at least say “i’ll be right with you”.
