Taco Bell

Ordered through mobile app, showed up and was told they didn’t have any of the food and I have to request a refund through the app. I have yet to receive contact back from anyone on the app and the store apparently can’t do anything to help. I enjoy a good scratch off every now and again, but I don’t enjoy playing the lottery with food I pay for and never really knowing if I’m actually going to get it.

We've ordered chicken quesadillas with extra cheese on multiple occasions and find that we barely get enough cheese to keep the flour tortilla together. Don't waste your money on this item. I also think their is little management there as multiple times the crew has been very loud and chatty vs working. On a positive note we've found the Taco Supremes to be very good at times. Clearly more training is needed.

Love this location. Food is consistent and I prefer it over Cilantro grill next door. I literally get heartburn from Cilantro’s food but never at this Taco Bell. Also the woman taking my order “Victoria” is so nice! Omg she really makes me feel I’m at a sit down restaurant just going through the drive through. You are a nice person thank you for making sure my order is always on point even when it’s 10pm and I’m being picky with my meal lol thanks!!

I ordered 4 soft tacos ask for no cheese and she repeated again said no cheese? And, I said yes. Came home with tacos with cheese but no lettuce 😡 Also order chicken quesadillas but no chickens...all of them are also cold as fxxx. Not going back for sure. This is not the first time either. We always give them a chance but no more...we had enough.

Stopped at the drive thru 5 mins before the posted closing time and lights were off, not a single car was there, nor was anyone inside working. They closed up shop before closing and posted a sign outside for technical difficulties. I feel like this Taco Bell is always full of issues. I got my entire order messed up once and not a single employee would answer the phone when I tried calling to explain my order mishap. I wish this wasn’t the closest Taco Bell to where I live because this specific place is so so unreliable.

Slow. 4 tacos took forever to get, I stood at the front for over 7 minutes before anyone even came to check if I would like to order. This isn’t the first time, one time I literally waited over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me standing there at the register to order and when they finally did I told them, I no longer wish to order but I wanted someone to know that they left a customer standing there for 15 minutes when they were NOT busy. The staff laughed and just walked away from me. Poor food quality poor staff and corporate failed to contact me back or respond. Don’t waste your money. The inside is gross as well, I would question the food quality.
