It is a hit or miss. If the kids are cooking, it sucks. If the adults are cooking and supervising, the pizza is amazing.
But the breadsticks never fail , they are so good.
I still like it, something about their crust keeps me coming back.
Can you please train the kids better? Or tell them to take this seriously, come on, work ethic kids! WORK ethic. :)

Even though they change employees a lot, the pizza is always great. Overall great place to order ahead and pick it up quickly. It's not the newest and prettiest location but it will satisfy your pizza cravings.

Terrible customer service. Ordered through Uber eats and tried to get more information on an order that the Uber eats app said didn't go through so we could know we would/wouldn't be charged and/or whether we had to reorder. Very rude employee, not helpful at all and just tried to get my wife off the phone. If you don't want to answer questions regardung Uber eats orders, then don't sign up for it. The employee should be terminated as your franchise will lose a ton of business with such a poor attitude.

Absolutely upset by the severe lack of customer service.
Our order wasn't delivered, instead someone else's order was delivered to us.
We were told we have to wait "another hour or so", and "sorry".
Now waiting a total of 3 hours and worried that this order may not even show up!

I was skeptical about their stuffed crust pizza.... let me tell you it is the bomb. I don't mind paying extra specially if it's going to be easy better than Ceasars

Getting 2 stars instead of 1 because they were easy to work with. We ordered a pizza tonight and I’ll admit it wasn’t the easiest order, but we did it online so you could map out the toppings, so it shouldn’t have been to bad. They sent us completely wrong pizzas not once but twice. Definitely avoiding this location from now on.

Second time in a row that I get my order bad, the first one I ordered was a pickup order, once I got to the store they didn't even have my pizza. And this time I ordered a pepperoni and there was only pepperoni on one side and it was all burnt on the bottom ....😑

I don't get Papa John's often, but when I do the pie comes in over an hour past the estimated delivery. Disappointing to say the least.
