WE WILL BE BACK. Well that's as long as they'll have us. Can't fault this place. Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent wine. We were a bit unsure at first as we have had a bit of a nondescript meal here a long time ago. But you know when you think. Let's give it another try. Best thing we did. We believe it's under new management since we last came and it is for the better without doubt. Chef knows how to cook properly and the staff have the right level of attention to make it a relaxed meal to remember. If you are thinking of going..... Don't think.... Do. Thankyou from all of us.

Family hosted a baby shower for me at the Waggon and Horses this weekend. We had full use of the marquee which is beautifully decorated with a lovely cherry blossom tree. The staff were exceptional and really looked after us all and the food was amazing. All the guest were amazed and made it so special. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a space to host an event or even to just to have some good food.

Visited here on a Sunday with a party of 4 adults, 2 children and 2 babies. Staff were really helpful with catering to the babies high chairs. Food was delicious and even though it was quite busy we didn't not have to call over any staff as they we regularly checked in on us. Hari was wonderful and the manager was also lovely. Nothing was too much for the staff here. We got the roast dinners, and we had the lamb, beef and chicken and all were cooked to perfection. Would be nice if you were given a gravy boat to add as much or as little gravy as wanted. But overall the food was lovely. Food was hot and jsut what we needed on a cold and wet afternoon. Will definitely be coming back to try out the full menu. Thank you!

I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiter Hari was committed to great service and was very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very modern style. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great!

Been here a few times and with every visit it has gotten better. The waitress that served us today (Wendy) was absolutely brilliant, it seemed that she really enjoys her job and does it with passion. She deserves a raise. Definitely coming back again. Burger was 10/10. The beer garden is fantastic in summer. See photo.

First time we have visited this Pub and took the family here for a Sunday roast lunch. It was one of the best roast lunches we have had for some time. The roast lamb and chicken was perfectly cooked as were the accompanying vegetables and crispy Yorkshire pudding and the gravy was also very good!. Great menu options and choices with good variety. Also the service we received was professional and attentive which added to the experience. Will definitely be revisiting soon

A great visit to the Waggon for a Sunday Roast today, food and service was spot on. Exceptional service from Hari, making sure we were very much looked after throughout. Added bonus of the chef coming out and treating our little girl to an ice cream. Perfect Sunday dinner :)

I came here to the Waggon and Horses in Borehamwood for Sunday lunch and it was amazing. The outside seating area is beautiful and the roasts were lovely. It was busy, however we were amazed with the great service from Jordan and Mary-Kate who continued to serve us with a smile. It was a great decision that I would highly recommend, especially since they are dog friendly and my dog was able to relax in the garden area.

The location is in a unique hidden area but nice as it's away from everything. The food portions versus the price are excellent and great choice. Cute place and service at a good pace. Jordan was our server and can't fault his excellent service. He was very attentive throughout 👏 All of the staff were working as a team. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been there a few times and always left the place happy and satisfied. Last Sunday I arranged a surprise bd party for a friend there and I have to say it was amazing, top class service and very friendly and helpful staff specially Jordan who made our day fabulous and done whatever he could to make that day special for us. I highly recommend this beautiful country pub and will back there soon.
