Taco Time

Zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. We waited in line at the counter register for over 25 mins while the employees in back ignored multiple customers waiting for food. This crew needs to be fired and new management needs to step in. When I asked what they were even doing they explained they were working the drive through. Which wasn't even open. Slackers, no motivation to work or helping anyone take an order. We walked out along with 8 other people behind us. 100% garbage work ethic. Makes us glad we didn't even get food there because they can't be trusted for anything.

Sunday afternoon August 1st upon entering the local Shell station with Taco Time and Subway employees were rude the floor behind the counters are disgustingly filthy and when mentioned I was asked to leave their stores. It doesn't matter how busy they are it takes one person to clean the tables and sweep up the floor when mentioned I was mad with highly volatile men telling me to leave their store because their store is filthy!

Went there for lunch and watched the kid about throw my food on the floor when putting it up in warmer. Then after it touched the counter in warmer. So not knowing how clean that counter in warmer was, he picked it up and just stuck it back in wrapper and in the bag and when I asked if it was my food almost on floor. He laughed an said yes. So with that said I work in fast food. And this customer service and the way it was handled was not good! That's why I dont eat there much being a local!!!

After a long day of driving we just wanted a little food to keep going, first of all we stood, not in a line, just in front, ready to order. Finally we got to order, everyone around us, some ordered before us some after us and they all got their orders. I went up and they said oh we are making it now. Finally we got our order and it wasn't even what we ordered, but we were on the road again so we couldn't take it back. This place is HORRIBLE . I will NEVER go there again. I recommend noone go there. Oh unless you live around there and have friends that work there. Seems they get the good stuff and fast. I am done, so upset. Totally 😡.

The food was good, I ordered the taco salad. The portion was kind of small for the price. I pay about $1 more for twice as much food at El Pollo Loco. With better salad dressing. They gave me ranch and it was so thick. I went to drizzle it on and it just kind of blobbed out. Restaurant wasn't all that clean though. Glad I didn't dine in.
