Great local pub. The service was great, the beer selection good and the food delicious and hot!! The Polish broth was a tasty surprise. We'll definitely be heading back before our holiday ends!

Amazing local pub, great beers lovely food especially the Sunday dinner!!! Staff are very friendly and attentive. Advise booking as it gets busy which is a sign of a good pub. You might have a wait for food but we didn’t mind as you know it’s fresh home cooked delicious food.. definitely one of our favourites..

Booked a table for 6 of us to eat here on a Friday evening. It was pretty busy so would recommend booking. The food was delicious and the service was good. All the staff were very friendly. The kids menu was better than most places, had the usual choices of chicken nuggets (which my son said were very tasty) and fish pieces but also had steak and ale pie option.

They squeezed us in at very short notice for tea. Very friendly, efficient staff from the moment we went in. We ordered steak and ale pie which came with an excellent portion of chips and garden peas, plus scampi and chips and salad all delicious good quality home cooked food. They were also very accommodating to our 2 dogs. Highly recommend for good priced food.

Very grateful for Grey’s fitting in our party of 6 for some food last minute on a Friday night. We were visiting the area for a wedding and didn’t realize a meal would be so hard to come by but Grey’s made it happen! Great little pub and everyone left full. The friendliness of the staff to everyone made it even better

Not sure who the chef is here but they need to keep them ! Delicious food in a very relaxed local pub with with no heirs and graces, just pleasant people in relaxed atmosphere. Decent selection of beers. Pleasant outside seating area to the rear if it’s warm enough! Enjoyed it so much on a recent visit to the area that we came back a couple of days later.

Traditional style, welcoming pub, with a high quality food offering, great selection of drinks and a special doggy bar with treats. Humans and cocker spaniel enjoyed it immensely.
