I went to the carvery about 20:00 it was a bit quiet homely warm atmosphere which I prefer myself I had a standard carvery and a pint of carling , friendly staff, clean not crossed or empty , I'm very happy I went :) and tryed them out.

On here on holiday and ate here twice this week. We had such a lovely time, both times. Food was amazing, service above and beyond especially from Lucy (I think I looked at name badge correctly 😁). Would definitely recommend and when we visit Alton towers again we will definitely be back!! Sticky toffee pudding was 😋

Came for dinner, staff were really friendly, food was outstanding, service was really fast, was a little quiet but it's a monday so i expected no different. No complaints at all. will definitely coming back

The staff are excellent, especially the guy doing the serving. A credit to the business. The food quality and value for money are also excellent. It was a shame the turkey ran out, but still really enjoyable. The building is in need of a make over.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Very appreciative of the waitress called Lucy H. She was very helpful with the questions I had as it was my first time here. I will be coming again due to the great service

Went this evening for tea family of 4 we were greeted promptly and seated quickly, ordered drinks, which arrived quickly also.
Informed our waitresses Keira & Lucy H that our youngest has a Diary allergy, they promptly got the information we needed and informed the kitchen staff, who changed all the serving spoons to ensure there was as little cross contamination as possible.
When I took my youngest up to get food we were greeted on the carvery deck by Chef Rob you was very friendly but also extremely thorough in clean all the carving equipment and side before serving anything to my son, they even prepared him some fresh gravy to ensure he was completely safe. It was so lovely to see that he was able to have a proper plate of food, with me not having to worry just in case he became poorly after eating.
Thank you for a lovely meal we felt welcomed and well looked after by Keira, Lucy H and Chef Rob who checked in with us multiple times, helped to ensure my little boy was safe and we all left feeling very relaxed and all with full bellies so thank you for one of the best experiences we had in a restaurant for a while we will be coming back thank you

Was a nice meal out with the wife. I struggled a little bit due to being sat in the bar area but they accommodated, we had to wait a short time for a table in the restaraunt side. Waiters were a little slow at times but it was fine overall. Carvery was lovely, the pancakes were a little better than mediocre, hot chocolate was okay. Was nice.
