Tim Hortons

They do not serve their plant-based breakfast sandwich after 11am yet they continue to sell meat breakfast sandwiches until 4pm. This alienates people who eat a vegan and/or vegetarian diet. The owner has said this is because it does sell enough. If you don't give it the same opportunity as the meat option it won't sell. Other locations make small batches troughout the day. The manager graciously offered to have the plant-based ready if we call ahead 20 minutes but that defeats the purpose of fast food. It is very frustrating when there is limited option in general and now there are further time limits.

I can't say I have a single bad thing to say about this place. Every time I've been (mostly in the morning when leaving Halifax) the staff have been very friendly and the service was decently quick. It's a convenient location, since it's right off the highway and it's right beside an Irving Big Stop. So you can fill up with gas and swing over quick to grab a coffee. Overall a pretty decent place if you need some Timmies
