Did my daughter's birthday there (ponders end branch). Great atmosphere, clean and very helpful servers. From the booking with Olive to the day of the party we had help with everything. A big thank you to Wayne, who was at our beck and call and still kept his cool and smiled and helped throughout. All in all great experience and can't wait to go back.

Can't fault this branch. It's big, nicely planned out, each table / booth offers privacy, no banging into other diners. It is very nicely decorated and has a lovely vibe. The lovely ladies who served us were so nice, friendly and patient. Can't rate them higher. Food was delicious and served fresh, reasonably priced. Portion sizes were good. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Highly recommend, the only thing I would perhaps would enhance the atmosphere would be to have music from the era the restaurant is promoting.... Had a great meal here following a movie on a Saturday. The restaurant was pretty busy, but they were able to seat our group of 4 when other restaurants in the area had 30m+ wait times. I was impressed by how quickly we got our food, about 10-15 minutes for starters and a further 20 for mains. Food was all tasty - I had the 'nashville chicken burger', which I'm happy to report had a little bit of heat and was cooked to perfection. If I had to criticise, it'd be that serving sizes are a bit smaller than I expected for the price - the sharing starter for £16 felt reasonable, each of us getting two bits of chicken, a wing, some garlic bread and onion rings, but the main meal costing around £13 only came with a handful of chips and a small burger. A meal with a starter, main, dessert and an alcoholic drink cost me about £25, which despite the portion sizes, I felt happy paying. I'll definitely going back next time I catch a film.

I held my son's birthday meal here on Sunday.. So lots of kids & adults! I really can't sing their praises enough.. Food was lovely, great quick service from the lovely lady Coral, she was very professional, friendly and accommodating (thanks for making it less stressful for me.. x) Family and friends that were there will be booking for themselves as all were all impressed x

Went out for a meal on Saturday evening. Coral was an excellent waitress. Very attentive. The place was very busy and it took about 50 minutes for two main meals to be served. We weren't in a rush but for some this length of time would be off-putting. Had chicken and rib combo and deli burger. Both cooked well although the burger was not so filling. Loud atmosphere. Not a place for a quiet meal.

I've been here for breakfast on weekends a couple of times. Decent breakfast selection, reasonable price and a nice atmosphere. The women's toilets need a bit of work (not all doors latch; one faucet didn't work), but they're not dirty. In the mornings the place is chill and you can walk right in, but for other meals, they're hopping. Apparently reservations are recommended in those cases.

Lovely place... Very nice staff. Unfortunately we went on a day when their meat supplier let them down. No ribs, no steak and no chicken breast. Obviously this was a disappointment but in fairness they told us over the phone when we booked and the staff were great on recommending stuff from their big and varied menu, so it didn't bother us. Food was great and desserts yummy. Have been there before and it has a lovely atmosphere.
